Refund Policy

At Hippy Motors we really value you and want you to be happy but it is very important that you realise that we are a small craft based business, make to order and not hold stock.

If you have a problem with the order do not return to us right away. Just contact us right away and tell us what the problem is. Don't worry, if it is our fault we will sort it out as soon as possible.

If we have made a mistake with your order, we will send a replacement free of any charge. Please contact us when that happens.

Ensure you are confident of colours, etc before ordering with us. For this reason we offer a swatch service.

We cannot be responsible for Postal service errors or customers changing their mind. If you order from us you need to be aware that we make to order, to your requirements so if you have changed your mind we are not obligated to automatically refund you on return of the goods. When we refund you we will need to recover our postal costs when it is not our fault as that is an unrecoverable cost to ourselves.

Unused vinyl decals do degrade with time so we cannot consider an exchange or return if the order was made over 3 months ago. Also if posted back to us they will become creased which often means if you post them back we will have to discard them.
