Guy Fawkes mask or is it V for vendetta and now the unofficial face of Anonymous.
Guy Fawkes, the man who tried to blow up the British Houses of Parliament in 1605, goes on to be celebrated every year in the UK since 1606. He then becomes the vigilantly super hero in Alan Moore's wonderful classic graphic novel V for Vendetta and then in the film. The great twist in the tale is how the Guy Fawkes mask has become iconic and adopted by Anonymous against corporate greed and corruption. I guess Guy Fawkes just may topple the Houses of Parliament after all.
