LEAVE BLANK so you add a symbol or flower or whatever you want (placard space is 85mm square).
ADD TEXT. You have up to 3 lines with words no more than 7 letters long. Giant size you can have 4 lines of text.
You have two options for the size.
Small Ratty is 270 x 140mm
Bigger Ratty is 380mm high
Giant Ratty is 550mm high and 275mm wide
