It is really important that you know that as we make your stickers strictly to your order we do not need to give you a full refund or exchange even if you pay using Paypal or Visa credit card.

If we have made a mistake with your order, we will send a replacement. If you have problems just contact us and we will sort it out.

If you want to return our stickers because you have had a change of mind, please be aware that we are not responsible for any change of mind you have.

If you've made a mistake on your order, please respect that any exchange or refund is at our discretion. We are not responsible for any incorrect order you place.

We do not hold stock here as we make to order. We offer a wide range of sizes & colours and because of that returns are difficult for us to resell. We therefore ask you to ensure you are confident of colours, etc before ordering. For this reason we offer a free swatch service so contact us giving your postal address and we'll post some to you.

Unused vinyl decals do degrade with time so we cannot consider an exchange or return if the order was made over 3 months ago.

Please ensure you actually have the vehicle before ordering as the vehicle may not be as expected or may not ever get delivered.

Returns usually end up in our bin but if you must return them they need to be unused, undamaged, in substantial packaging and postage will be at your cost. Refunds will be made after we receive the goods. Deductions will be made for damaged items, or items that we cannot re-sell.
