Order and Payment Our trading hours are Mon to Fri 9.30 till 5.30, but I am often out around 3.00pm picking up the kids. If you do phone me outside these times please accept that I may be a bit 'tied up'. Please, please don't phone after 8.00pm, as I am usually absolutely shattered.
Shipping on payment.
Will accept any form of payment including credit cards, happy to exchange stickers for eggs/vegetables and anything else you think I might like.
Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques from abroad as we can't put them in our accounts.
All cheques need to be made out for Mrs A Whittaker or Hippy Motors.
Please allow 2-5 days for you order to be dispatched from receipt of payment, as each order is made by hand. Usually I have each order made in 2 days, unless it is a Biggie.

Postage and Packaging ORDER TIMES
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be dispatched from receipt of payment, as each order is made by hand, but I will try my best to get them out to you ASAP. Accourding to the Post Office even UK orders can take up to 21 days so we cannot do anything about missing orders until that length of time.
Collection is free from Hippy HQ in Leicestershire UK. We LOVE to meet our customers - internet business can be a bit lonely.
Postage is in flat envelope except for Giant stickers and banners, as they come in a tube.
If you have ordered a mixture of Giant and normal stickers - please pay for the tube and I will send them all together.
£1.90 UK (second class), usually takes 2 to 7 working days to arrive (unless there is a bank holiday!)
£3.70 Europe, usually takes about 7 to 10 working days to arrive
£5.00 Rest of the world, usually takes anything from 7 to 28 days to arrive!!!
£6.00 Rest of the world TUBE for giant/big stuff.

Returns Policy Due to the nature of our product we can only accept returns if they are unused and undamaged. If we have made the mistake, we prefer to send a replacement to save you the cost of postage, so if you have problems just contact us and we will sort it out.
